1. The APR shown for Home Equity Lines of Credit is a variable twelve-month introductory offer valid for the first twelve consecutive billing cycles. The APR is variable and based on the highest Prime Rate published each day in The Wall Street Journal Rates Table (the “index”), minus a margin of 1.25% during the introductory offer period. Offer limited to consumer Home Equity Lines of Credit not currently held at our bank, and consumer Home Equity Lines of Credit currently held at our bank that are in their repayment period. 2. The APR is variable and based on the highest Prime Rate published each day in The Wall Street Journal Rates Table (the “index”), plus a margin during the revolving and repayment period. The index plus a margin ranged from 4.50% to 6.00% as of April 1st, 2017. In no event will the APR exceed the lesser of 18% or the maximum rate allowed by applicable law.
